Summer 2020 Baseball, Basketball, and Volleyball Camps Canceled Due to COVID-19

We hope you choose to spend your summer with the Seahawks at one of our many sports' camp offerings! All camps are instructed by Cecil College coaches and assisted by current student-athletes. Registration can be done via our downloadable Athletics Summer Camp Regisration/Health Form. Completed forms, along with cash/check/money order, should be sent to:

Summer Camp Cancellations Due to COVID-19

Due to COVID-19, Cecil College Athletics has decided to cancel all summer sports camps scheduled for Summer 2020. All camp listings have been marked *CANCELED DUE TO COVID-19* next to their originally scheduled date.

Dates to reschedule camps will be published as soon as possible. If you have already registered or paid for a camp that is being rescheduled, you will be contacted by Alicia Nutter, Athletics Services Specialist, to inform you of the postponement and next steps regarding refunds or applying funds to a future date.

Summer 2020 Basketball Skills Camp

Camp activities include fundamentals of shooting, passing, ball handling, rebounding, defensive tactics, team play, and sportsmanship. Three-on-three and five-on-five competitive league games. Free-throw and hot-shot competitions.

Week 1: June 15-June 19, 2020 *CANCELED DUE TO COVID-19.*
Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Open to incoming 5th to 9th grade boys and girls

Week 2: June 22-26, 2020 *CANCELED DUE TO COVID-19.*
Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Open to incoming 1st to 9th grade boys and girls

• $130.00 per player
• $10.00 discount for each additional family member
• For any 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th or 9th grader who wants to attend both weeks, there will be a $10.00 discount for the second week

Summer 2020 Basketball Shooting Camp

Camp activities include shooting fundamentals such as mental game, 3-point shooting, free-throw shooting, shooting of the catch/screen/dribble/fast-break, and more. Shooting contests and five-on-five full court games.

Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Open to incoming 5th to 12th grade boys and girls

• $120.00 per player

Summer 2020 Baseball Camp

This camp will focus on teaching proper fundamental techniques needed in the game of baseball. Training in hitting, pitching, fielding, and base running will advance the camper's skill level, self-confidence, and knowledge of the game.  Campers are divided in to groups based on age and skill level. We want all campers to have a positive, fun, learning experience.

Summer 2020 Volleyball Camp

These clinics will focus on teaching the fundamental skills needed in the game of volleyball through high repetition of techniques in drills and game play. Our camps are split into two groups and two weeks based on skill level in order to give the best experience to all athletes. We want all players that attend the Cecil College Volleyball Camp to experience growth in knowledge and skill by learning proper fundamental technique in a fun, but competitive environment. All athletes will receive valuable feedback from the coaches each day to help expand and push their game to the next level. We give athletes focused, intensive training essential to improvement. Players performance will improve as they gain new skills and build their self-confidence.

Cecil College Athletics' Summer Camp Refund Policy

Camp registrations canceled five days or more prior to the first day of camp will receive a full refund without penalties.

Camp registrations canceled less than five days prior to the first day of camp are subject to a $50.00 cancelation fee.

Camp registrations canceled after the start of camp are not eligible for a refund, with the exception of an injury or illness. Refunds will be pro-rated.
