The Cecil College men’s basketball improved their record to 10-1 on the season Thursday defeating Lackawanna College 90-53. The Seahawks are now ranked 15th in the country and look to keep climbing up the rankings.

The Falcons were led by David Pope with a team high 16 points while adding 6 rebounds. Will Johnson added 15 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists for the Falcons.
Sophomore guard Darell Johnson played a key role for the Seahawks adding 13 points, 8 rebounds, and 4 assists. Sophomore forward Khalid Gates almost recorded a double-double but ended up finishing with a team high 16 points and 9 rebounds. Freshman forward Jacob Valeus contributed with 13 points and 8 rebounds for the Seahawks.
