Cecil Drops Jamestown for First Win

ROCHESTER, N.Y. - Cecil men's basketball earned its first victory of the 2025-26 season, triumping over Jamestown on Sunday afternoon.

The Seahawks improve to 1-2 on the year. The win is also the first for Cecil's interim head coach Emeka Chiazor.

Turning Point

With the game knotted at 24-24 late in the first half, Cecil ripped off 10 straight points to take a double-digit lead. Carlito McBryde led Cecil during this stretch with four points.
