NORTH EAST, Md. - Cecil women's basketball outscored Montgomery 56-29 in the second half, leading to a 74-57 triumph over the Raptors for an important Region 20 victory.
The Seahawks trailed 28-18 after the first two quarters, but outscored Montgomery 20-5 in the third to take the lead and never looked back. Cecil's defense held the visitors to a 2-of-11 shooting mark, while the Seahawks sank nine attempts during this stretch.
