Cecil Sweeps Anne Arundel

ARNOLD, Md. - Cecil volleyball collected its second win in as many days, sweeping the Anne Arundel Riverhawks on Wednesday evening.

The Seahawks are now 6-4 (4-4 Region 20) after the victory.

Turning Point

Out of a timeout, the Riverhawks scored six straight points to take a 19-18 lead. However, back-to-back attacking errors from Anne Arundel followed by a pair of kills by Cecil put the Seahawks ahead for good.

• Cecil's 38 kills and 91 total attempts are its most in a three set match
• The Seahawks earned double-digit aces for the fifth time this season
• Etta Harris led all players with a dozen kills
• Hadlee Hamm topped the Seahawks with 11 digs
