2021-2022 Cecil College Baseball News
Dylan Byler, a freshman infielder and pitcher, was the lone Seahawk to earn NJCAA All-Region 20 recognition for his outstanding performance in the region for the 2021-2022 season. Predominantly playing second base for the Seahawks and batting second in the line-up, Byler was named to the Honorable Mention squad for NJCAA Region 20 Division II baseball.
The Cecil College Fitness & Wellness Center (FWC) will operate under modified summer hours as of Monday, May 16, 2022 through Friday, August 19, 2022. Summer hours are as follows:

Cecil College held its Athletics Hall of Fame induction ceremony on Saturday, April 23, with seven of its icons recognized. The Class of 2020 includes pioneers who all had a hand in the Cecil athletic programs’ creation, development, and growth. These individuals were honored as the Class of 2020 as the ceremony was originally planned for two weeks after the pandemic lockdown.
The Cecil College baseball team had an action-packed weekend with back-to-back double-headers against Anne Arundel Community College on Saturday, April 2 and Harford Community College on Sunday, April 3. The Seahawks earned two key NJCAA Region 20 DII wins over the Riverhawks on Saturday but tallied two losses from the Owls Sunday.
The Cecil College baseball team played a double header Saturday, March 26 against Montgomery College. The Seahawks played two close games but ended up splitting with the Raptors to pick up one MD JUCO conference win.

This program is designed for students who seek to acquire a complete framework of business concepts and skills that are directly related to the field of sports management. Students will realize the role a sports manager plays in various athletic settings and understand management, accounting, and leadership skills to build a foundation in their chosen athletic environment.
The Cecil College Fitness & Wellness Center (FWC) will be operating under modified hours for the holiday season starting on December 13, 2021. Please refer to the dates and times below for operating hours. The FWC will be staffed during all specified hours and will remain closed on Saturday's and Sunday's.

Indoor sports are finally back at Cecil College with the much antipicated return of the Seahawks volleyball team, starting their 2021 season tonight, August 31, as they host the Hawks of Hagerstown Community College.
