Weaver Selected to All-Maryland JUCO Team

NORTH EAST - Cecil's Justin Weaver has been selected for the All-Maryland JUCO Conference Baseball Team, as annouced by conference officials on Monday.

Weaver led the Seahawks with 144 at-bats and 44 hits. He also was tied for first place in RBI (33) and walks (26). Weaver's .306 batting average and 28 runs were good enough for second amongst Cecil batters.

A Coatesville, Pennsylvania native, Weaver was one of two players to appear in all 48 of Cecil's games this season. The freshman infielder picked up at least one hit in 32 of those appearances.
