Mason Richter Named All-Region 20

NORTH EAST, Md. - Cecil baseball's Mason Richter was selected as a 2026 All-Region 20 Division 2 honoree, as announced by region officials on Thursday afternoon.

Richter finished the season with a .452 batting average, the second best mark in Region 20. The freshman infielder led Cecil in on-base percentage (.540) and slugging percentage (.637). His 13 extra-base hits was the fourth on the team and he went 11-for-12 on stolen base chances.

Richter ended the year with 19 multi-hit games. He record multiple hits in six-straight contests between March 22-April 1. Richter collected a hit in 12 of Cecil's last 13 games, including seven with two hits.
